Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit)
- You will have a great eye for detail
- You will be ambitious and dynamic
- You will be an excellent team player
Responsibilities:
- You will be working closely with several Partners, allowing for great career exposure, whilst helping to add to the culture of the team by supporting junior Solicitors too.
- You will be undertaking a high-quality commercial property caseload including development, acquisitions, plot sales disposals, planning agreements, conditional contracts and option agreements.
- You’ll play a key role in business development and networking activities to continue to grow this highly successful commercial property offering.
