DESCRIPTION

Here we have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen: This role is with a leading Yorkshire Law firm in Leeds who has won and been shortlisted for multiple awards including Multiple Yorkshire Legal awards, Northern Leadership Awards and individual partner awards.
The ideal candidate for this role is a Commercial Property Lawyer who is NQ - 3 years PQE with experience of Property Law gained during your training.
This role will entail working on commercial and residential development, town centre regeneration projects, undertaking a wide range of transactional work for both local and national clients to include sales & purchases, refinancing, landlord & tenant work and much more!
You will have up to 3 yrs PQE with at least a seat in Commercial Property.
Salary: £30 - 40k DOE (Full time)
