JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and technical oriented person who can, in cooperation with the ultrasound team, sell technical and clinical solutions during the Ultrasound equipment sales & service processes. In this role you will be driving the sales and processes of Ultrasound lifecycle offerings in Norway, such as Options & Upgrades, Service contracts, probe & system testing which are all enabling us to ensure our high product quality and customer satisfaction.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

At least one of the following core experiences:

  • Previous clinical ultrasound sales and/or application experience
  • Previous sales & customer service experience from the Healthcare market
  • Technical understanding in Healthcare products

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness to travel ~50% within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business needs as well as to sales meetings and tradeshows
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written Norwegian and English skills
  • Driving License
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environment
  • Strong results-orientation, commercial acumen and customer centric mindset
  • Willingness to travel within Norway but also some traveling in Nordics
  • The role will report to the Lifecycle Solutions Segment Manager - Ultrasound Nordics and Netherlands

Responsibilities:

  • Driving the sales and processes of Ultrasound lifecycle offerings in Norway, such as Options & Upgrades, Service contracts, probe & system testing.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through optimizing their needs regarding workflow, image quality and SW-options and share best practices regarding probe maintenance.
  • Promote equipment upgrades and service offerings.
  • Drive the Probe business in the Norwegian market with the local Ultrasound team.
  • Develop and deliver product training solutions to customers to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training
  • Use market and product knowledge to assist Ultrasound team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies
  • Communicate with local Ultrasound team to ensure all customer and business needs are met
  • Support Ultrasound team in tenders
