Description:
Johnson & Johnson Commercial Quality EMEA MedTech is recruiting for a System Analyst MDR Verification. This position can be located in Courcelles (Belgium) or Selzach (Switzerland). Remote locations within the EU may be considered.
The successful candidate will lead various activities related to the EOV (Economic Operator Verification) System, including improvement, design and implementation, communication with Operations teams, issue management, UAT creation and validation, bug identification and resolution, procedure updates, and operational support. This important and exciting role will act as key liaison between Commercial Quality and IT partners.
EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead activities regarding new requirement identification, design, and implementation for the EOV System
- Collaborating with the core development team and product owners to define, document and estimate business requirements and translate them into specific software tasks
- Understand and detail business requirements and translate into technical specifications. with IT partners
- Ensure alignment of IT solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis to assess the viability and potential benefits of proposed changes or improvements
- Facilitate communication between business partners, software developers, and system users
- Develop and conduct system testing and validation (UAT) to ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Lead issue investigations, drive resolutions and changes
- Identify and evaluate bugs and support their resolution in a timely manner, ensuring sufficient communication to all partners
- Provide ongoing support, conduct first level investigation, address user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Update procedures using the Change Control system
- Lead investigations when changes in satellite systems takes place or issues are identified
- Support operational activities and verification checks in case of capacity constraints
