Our client, a Tier 1 national law firm based in Bristol, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor of at least 5PQE to join them on an initial 9-month fixed-term-contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic real estate team within a renowned firm.

With a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a commitment to providing practical solutions, our client collaborates seamlessly with specialists from various legal domains to deliver tailored advice to their clients.
As a Legal Director, you will play a key role in advising clients on corporate real estate transactions, covering a wide range of asset classes including residential, office, retail, hospitality, logistics, and more. Your responsibilities will include structuring transactions, negotiating agreements, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic advice throughout the transaction lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in Commercial Property law within a private practice law firm, with at least 5PQE. Experience in corporate real estate transactions, joint ventures, share sales, and acquisitions will be highly advantageous. Additionally, strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this role.
