Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside our crew, guiding them through every step of the installation process to ensure top-quality work and adherence to project specs.
- Plan and organise installation activities, from crew scheduling to material coordination with the project manager, making sure everything runs like clockwork on-site.
- Kick off each project with a thorough site inspection, assessing conditions and challenges, and devising solid installation plans.
- Coach and support your team members, fostering a culture of growth and skill development on every job.
- Keep a close eye on installation progress and work quality, conducting regular inspections and jumping in to tackle any issues head-on.
- Keep the lines of communication open with project managers, clients, ensuring everyone’s on the same page throughout the project.
- Keep meticulous records of installation activities, making sure everything’s documented accurately from start to finish.
- Lead the charge on safety, enforcing our company’s safety protocols and ensuring everyone on your crew works safely at all times.
