Sales and Activity Management:

• Assist Managing Director in setting the budget/strategic plan for New Business / Sales – full vision & input into financial forecasts and actual performance
• Work with Sales Manager to achieve Sales Budget set
• Meet agreed conversion targets on all commercial new business
• Work in partnership with the Broker Development Directors on the Sales & Distribution strategy
• Report weekly on the progress of the strategic plans outlining growth / actual versus budget
• Work with peers to achieve common goals and targets

• Possess a positive, can do attitude with the ability to adapt to and embrace change

• Possess the ability to manage deadlines & prioritise workload
• Demonstrate good technical & product knowledge

• A good degree of personal organisation and a structured approach to time and resource management
• APA/CIP Qualification
