We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Sales Leader, Polymers to oversee the distribution of branded polymers in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the polymer industry, and possess exceptional strategic and managerial skills to drive business growth and expand market share in Mexico.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience leading a commercial team with a proven track record of success within the polymer industry or related chemical sector.
  • Strong understanding of polymer products, applications, and market dynamics in Mexico.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage complex sales cycles, and negotiate contracts.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Mexico and occasionally internationally as needed.
  • Channels to market experience in MX is a plus.
