COMMERCIAL SALES RECRUITER III

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related degree program preferred or 4+ years equivalent experience working in a professional environment with a high school diploma required
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience or equivalent
- Commercial Sales or Field Services, Marketing or Corporate recruiting experience is preferred
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and time management skills, the ability to work independently, and negotiation skills are required
- 10% travel

Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter authority for recruitment-related questions
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead recruitment process for active open positions. This includes:
- Conducting intake meetings
- Developing the sourcing strategy
- Souring talent and screening applicants
- Conducting interviews
- Facilitating debrief meetings
- Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
- Develop thoughtful strategies to identify top talent
- Maintain open communication with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners throughout the process
- Generate/complete reports as needed
- Participate in projects as needed
