Description:
We are recruiting for a Commercial Strategy Advisor based in one of our UK offices (Birmingham, London, Glasgow, or Edinburgh), but Birmingham or London would be preferred.
You will become part of our Client Management Team, supporting the firm in its key client management/and commercial related initiatives. This is an exciting role for somebody who has worked in a business development/client relationship management related role and is looking to support a wider client management strategy across the firm or already has experience in this type of role.
The successful candidate will provide support and help to influence stakeholders on how we can optimise the way that we manage and develop the relationships we have with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Helping to evolve our client management strategy and brand across the firm, promoting best practice in client management.
- Owning the maintenance and development of some of the team’s client management initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across other support teams to coordinate project work.
- Generating ideas and converting them into strategy and related client management initiatives
- Promoting closer working relationships and greater engagement with key stakeholders across the firm
- Helping to articulate and embed a consistent approach towards client management across the firm.
- Working collaboratively with and providing support to the team to help deliver key results in line with the team’s objectives.
- Working with key stakeholders to develop and implement plans for existing clients to support our 4 pillars of client management: delighting clients, nurturing networks, presenting propositions, and driving profitable income.
- Influencing and presenting to stakeholders differing in levels of seniority across the firm on a range of client management initiatives
- Creating documentation and collateral to support the work of the Client Management team.
- Helping raise the Client Management team’s profile in the wider firm as the “go to” support for client management.
