Robert Walters are delighted to be partnering with our client who are based in Hemel Hempstead on the recruitment of a Commercial Strategy Analyst to join their dynamic team in Hemel Hempstead. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £50,000 plus bonus and many other company specific benefits. There is also the flexibility of hybrid working.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to act as analytical and project support across large scale commercial change initiatives, manage small scale projects independently, and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth, The successful candidate will be comfortable with handling complex data sets, able to create strategic documents explaining rationale for change, and confident in influencing stakeholders.

As a Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through your analytical skills and strategic mindset. You will be entrusted with handling large complex data sets, drawing out key insights that will inform decision-making processes. Your ability to lead small scale commercial change projects will be crucial in meeting organisational objectives. You will also be responsible for creating strategic documents that clearly explain the rationale for change, thereby influencing stakeholders towards a commercial way of thinking. Acting as an ambassador for Commercial Strategy and Change, you will extend your support across various functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Digital.
