WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION:

We will look for a person with a strong analytical profile and a clear results orientation.
He will be in charge of the organizational Route to Market strategy:
- Vertical Growth (number of points of sale, execution, territorial geolocation)- Horizontal growth (Portfolio offered, suggested order).He will have to articulate this strategy with the digital tools that support it.

WHAT EXTRA INGREDIENTS YOU WILL BRING:

We are looking for a person with a strong digital profile in CPG companies.
We will need knowledge of English to articulate the BU strategy with the region.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA), Economics or Industrial Engineering

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Management of large volumes of Data (PBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Full Office Advanced
  • English
  • Digital Mindset & Organizational Strategy.
  • +5 years working in CPG industry. Preferably in Planning, B2B commercial and digital positions
  • Experience leading work teams.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Occasionally for regional/global meetings
