Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed the sales revenue and profitability goals for your assigned area, by building a strong understanding of your assigned customers and deep market knowledge.
- Nurture relationships with current customers through a mix of visits, follow-up communications, and events, ensuring Wrist remains their preferred supplier
- Provide competitive sales quotes to ensure maximum benefit for customer and company
- Act as the lead contact to the customer base, managing the appropriate coordination to ensure smooth operation at destination
- Work with a support team to maintain accurate systems updates
- Execute order fulfillment in a timely manner, in cooperation with the other functional teams
- Keep customers updated on order status, as well as any other information that is relevant for a healthy customer relationship
- Boarding officer duties – visiting vessels accompanying delivery to the ship
