WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You bring your university degree in Finance, controlling and Accounting, coupled with 5-10 years of experience as a business commercial controller, ideally within the FMCG industry and in an international business setting. Your solid background in Sales/commercial controlling will be instrumental in supporting the project team and collecting local requirements.
You will be supported by consultants and must demonstrate a high level of financial, accounting, and controlling knowledge, along with expertise in commercial economics. Fluency in English is essential, as well as proficiency in SAP and FP&A tools such as HFM, Oracle, AoA, and Essbase.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive, autonomous mindset are key traits for success in this role. You possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of delivering results while respecting deadlines, and exhibit strong communication and computing capabilities.
Additionally, experience in project management will be advantageous in effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of this position.
You are willing to travel internationally approximately 10- 20% of your time.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for Commercial transformation Controlling - Finance SME to join our finance team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for finance-related matters at the Group Level. In this role you will be a subject matter expert in finance during the implementation of the program.
You will collaborate closely with local finance stakeholders, particularly in the areas of trade management, customer master data, and order management, ensuring alignment with Group standards and processes.
Your role will involve supporting the creation and validation of capability templates and liaising with Area and Region CFOs to facilitate local capability deployment. Additionally, you will play an important role in guaranteeing the implementation of group projects such as trade management tools, customer master data and others, evaluating local finance requirements and ensuring consistency with overarching business priorities.
Your main business partners will include Group SBD & FS&Q controlling, Commercial Transformation PMO, Group Financial standard & BPO development, as well as Area and Region commercial controlling teams, along with other Group Function Controllers.
You will be ensuring financial alignment and support throughout the Commercial Transformation program, ultimately driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
