We are looking for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Controller to assist the sales manager in the day to day management of the sales department. The successful candidate will inspire your team to deliver and ensure paperwork and administration is handled in the most effective way. You’ll recruit, select, manage and develop a team and deliver performance of agreed KPIS. We have plenty to offer in return. Applicants must have a full valid manual driving licence held for a minimum period of 6 months.

FOR YOUR FIRST 8 DAYS IN THE BUSINESS, YOU’LL BE ATTENDING OUR FANTASTIC RESIDENTIAL INDUCTION ACADEMY. THIS IS AT A LOVELY HOTEL IN THE HEART OF THE NORTHAMPTON COUNTRYSIDE, WHERE YOU’LL LEARN ALL ABOUT OUR BUSINESS BEFORE YOU START YOUR NEW ROLE.
