Description:

Within the Global Planning Excellence team we are looking for a Supply Chain Excellence Lead. This position is responsible to drive and enable the Business Groups (BG’s) and Customer Supply Chains (CSC’s) to realize our product portfolio goals in FC. Next to this, you will be responsible for supporting the BG’s and CSC’s on their way to standardization and creating a performance mindset via our OWOW program.
This role requires an appetite for research, creative problem solving and coaching. The primary objectives involve developing and maintaining tools and processes for the business that can help simplify their BG’s or CSC’s mission. This role directly impacts our P&L delivery for FC in terms of cost and cash.

Wat we vragen

  • Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain management, business management or a related field;
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Supply Chain, Commercial or Data & Analytics roles;
  • Experience in managing highly complex projects and the ability to influence a broad variety of senior stakeholders with conflicting interests;
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel: Expertise in using MS Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions, pivot tables, data visualization, and data modeling;
  • Competency in Power BI: Strong experience with Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports;
  • Experience in a global environment is preferred;
  • Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different functions and geographies;

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Excellence Lead to join our global supply chain team. This pivotal role encompasses two main objectives: Product Portfolio Management and OWOW.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate MAKE complexity insights into product portfolio decisions, enhancing strategic decision-making processes.

  • Define roadmap for Supply Chain Portfolio teams for standard ways of working;
  • Linking pin between IT vision / industry developments in AI and Supply Chain Portfolio goals
