We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Commercialization Lead - Global Networks/ Schemes & Partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree or equivalent from reputed university in business, statistics, economics, mathematics or any other quantitative fields
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems and gap assessments
  • Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. In depth knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations, networks and partnership management are all a must
  • Excellent understanding of the lending products (cards & unsecured lending) and experience in managing the unsecured product P&L is a must.
  • Ability to synthesise BRDs and make recommendations on the commercial benefit realisation
  • Experience of working closely with credit risk, retail banking analytics and Technology functions
  • Managing large scale transformation projects with multi market exposure on the lending side is an added plus
  • Proven experience delivering complex and value added projects
  • Experience of strategy development, organizational leadership, proposition and/or product development project management across specific financial product categories and customer segments
  • Highly numerate and financially literate with Strong technical knowledge of partnership P&L management, and market/industry review for strategy formulation
  • Experience working in an agile environment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams/squads
  • Additional experience across various relevant disciplines is favourable, including change management, project management, business impact & diagnostic, relationship & consultancy and design thinking
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Consistently a role model and ambassador for professional and inclusive behaviour, with the ability to deal sensitively yet assertively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address audiences at all levels of seniority
  • Ability to cope with multiple priorities, with flexibility to re-prioritise work at short-notice
  • Self-starter with an agile approach, who can work well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Calm under pressure, with the tenacity and resilience to deal with various business demands during periods of high workload and tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure governance of proposal before submission to schemes and develop systemic approval of all funding proposal and claims
  • Coordinate between schemes and product owners for approval of proposals
  • Develop strong in business procedures to ensure claims are done timely across markets and to coordinate between schemes and fund management analyst for claims processing
  • Review the tracking and reporting tools to ensure there are no risk gaps and to enable:Overview of all proposals submitted by markets and business unitsUtilisation of global and regional fundsDiscipline in timely claims crediting and reporting
  • Management of financial transactions between group and local finance teams; identify any gaps and raise them for remediation
  • Provide analysis of budgetary impacts and review quarterly scheme rebates calculations and submissions
  • Evaluate Financial analysis for RFPs and ongoing projects related to Networks and also for key global partnership deals
  • Review all financials & ROI simulation on key partnership negotiations and deals
  • Work with markets to ensure that major contracts/ deals are appropriately optimized in terms of costing and risk gap management
  • Evaluate the management of internal TPRM processes and requirements in business and work with the team to ensure proper closure all processes and requirements
