Sheraton Grand Sydney has been redeveloping their highly popular restaurant into Sydney’s hottest new a la carte restaurant, opening in late November 2023. This restaurant will set the hotel dining scene alight and requires superstars to kick it off!
We are looking for a Full Time Commis Chef to join our team! You will be required to practice skills in assigned sections to the standards set by the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. You will have the opportunity to work across our cold production kitchen, Room Service/Hot Production Kitchen and the new venue. This will ensure you are constantly learning and not repetitive.
