COMMIS DE BUREAU (CONTRAT DE 3-4 MOIS)

Ricoh est actuellement à la recherche d’une personne axée sur la carrière pour fournir des services de soutien quotidiens à un site ou plus des services de gestion incluant notamment les tâches suivantes : production de copie et travaux de finition, fonctionnement d’un centre de courrier, maintenance des registres de facturation et des rapports. Le candidat retenu appuiera les services de gestion régionaux pendant l’implantation et comblera les absences et les employés en vacances à l’échelle des services de gestion Ricoh. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de soutenir les objectifs opérationnels à tous les sites de clients existants situés dans un territoire géographique particulier.

OFFICE CLERK

Ricoh is currently looking for career-oriented individual to support the daily operations of one or more Managed Services locations including any or all of the following: copy production and finish work, operation of a mail centre, maintaining billing logs and reports. Supports the region’s Managed Services during implementation, fills in for absences and vacations throughout the Ricoh Management Services locations. Responsible for supporting operational objectives at all existing customer sites within the greater Montreal area.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a mail room or copy centre
  • Require experience in use of shrink-wrap, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, electric stapler, scales, collators and related equipment

SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Site Manager or Supervisor in offering suggestions for improvement to new or existing process and procedures
  • Assist in the training of new and existing employees
  • Maintains accurate, complete and up to date Site Procedure Guides, forms, logs and other Site Branding
  • Collects data for the completion of the monthly management report as directed by the Site Manager/Supervisor
  • Orders paper, toner and other office supplies
    In the absence of onsite personal, may perform any of, but is not limited to the following duties
