In qualità di ambasciatore dei prodotti e dei servizi di Eataly, il Commis de Rang è responsabile di offrire un’esperienza di qualità a tutti gli ospiti che vengono a Eataly. Gli ambasciatori di Eataly sono tenuti a interagire attivamente con gli ospiti e a trascorrere del tempo di qualità con ogni cliente.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures, generally involving a minimum of one year as a waiter/waitress.
• Must be customer sensitive and possess a sense of timing so that different courses may be served at the proper time.
• Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length.
• Must be able to use POS, cash register, wine key, trays.
• German (fluent), English (fluent). Italian is a plus.
• Knowledge of Italian language, culture, food history and Slow Food principles a plus.
