The ideal candidate will assist the Head Sommelier in providing exceptional wine experiences to our guests while continuously expanding their knowledge and expertise in the world of wine.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
- Sommelier Diploma or equivalent qualification
- First working experience in upscale gastronomy would be of advantage
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including holiday and weekend
- Passion for first-class service and pleasure in interacting with our guests
- Interest in Italian wines, and knowledge of biodynamic and natural wines would be appreciated
- Fluent English or/and German are a must, other languages would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Assisting Head Sommelier in maintaining and developing the wine collection of MINA
- Maintaining valuable relationships and communication with wine suppliers
- Participating in stock management and monthly inventory control
- Ensuring professional wine service and wine recommendations in the restaurant
- Support in conducting wine workshops and training sessions for the MINE team
