Commission/Financial Analyst (Contractor)

Quantum is looking for a motivated individual to join our Corporate Finance and Commissions Team. The successful candidate will possess a high level of business acumen, problem solving skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships with our business leaders and with fellow team members. The role will also assist the Commissions Team with processing and auditing commissions plans and data.

Job Requirements:

• Possessing a strong work ethic with a focus on excellence and professionalism.
• Bachelor of Arts/Science in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or IT preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant progressive analyst experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to accept ownership, responsibility, and accountability.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Able to consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English

• Fundamental activities of this role are to process commission data an assist in commission inquiries.
• Critical thinking and has some sense of reasonableness.
• Moderate to advanced excel skills required.
• Some experience in Salesforce, IBM ICM, or Oracle ERP (or similar)
• The ability to take ownership of projects and processes.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate or link together.
