Overview

Responsibilities

  • Commissioning of (Isolator-) systems as well as peripherals and working with common PLCs
  • Input/Output Tests (I/O-Tests) and line-Tests
  • Documentation according to cGMP
  • Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) of (Isolator-) systems:
  • Design document checks against plant (PID-Diagram, Electrical & Pneumatic Diagram or Label lists)
  • Sensor / Instrument calibration and adjustment
  • Qualification of ventilation system (Filter test, air velocity mapping and cleanliness class)
  • Alarm testing & Functional tests
  • Documentation according to cGMP
  • Troubleshooting, Analysis and elimination of mechanical, electrical or software deviations

Hardskills

  • Engineer or Technician in the field of Mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, systems engineering or similar (also entry-level)
  • Basic knowledge in handling of common PLCs (mostly Siemens and Rockwell Allen-Bradley)
  • Professional experience in the field of commissioning would be an advantage
  • Working in GMP environment would be an advantage
  • Car Driving license
  • Very good knowledge of English and good German skills
