Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join our team in Dublin at AVK-SEG UK Ltd. As a leading provider of power generation and energy solutions, our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects and exceeding customer expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process for generator systems within Ireland, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You will manage a team of commissioning engineers, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their responsibilities. You will also collaborate with project managers, engineering managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that commissioning activities are aligned with project goals and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in commissioning generator systems. They will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and coordinate with various stakeholders. Additionally, they will have a proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional results to our clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in commissioning generator systems.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Full driving license.
