Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Commodity Analyst Indirect located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Commodity Manager Indirect, Commodity Analyst Indirect role involves being responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance our procurement processes, driving efficiency across the end-to-end process, implementing new projects across multiple regions, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

What a typical day looks like:

  • Process Improvement: Analyze current procurement processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Project Management: Lead the implementation of new procurement projects across five different regions. Develop project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and ensure successful execution within budget and schedule constraints.
  • KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs related to procurement financials, including cost reduction, cost avoidance, and increased supplier payment terms. Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and supply chain teams, to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and performance metrics.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to procurement teams to ensure compliance with best practices and policies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent English.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
  • Fluent English.
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on process improvement and project management.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for results, strategy, and hands on execution.
  • Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Excellent written / verbal communications.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and internal customers.
  • Ability to identify problems, establishing facts and recommending solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Particularly Excel and Power Point) and ERP systems.
  • Team player.
  • Background in electronics manufacturing is also a plus.
  • Master´s Degree is also a plus.
