YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in commodity buying or procurement
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Responsible for Commodity Management for HRO&HLT suppliers/ parts;
• Negotiation and concluding of supplier frame contracts, pricing negotiations, preparation and coordination of sourcing activities;
• Drive the implementation of the commodity strategy, steering and managing escalations;
• Derive out of material group strategy, the strategy towards suppliers where it has the lead;
• Ensure that the Purchasing Targets in the dimensions of “Cost”, “Time” and “Quality” are being achieved or overachieved;
• Able to make synergies between locations&part specific topics in order to achieve the best results for the company;
• Able to make comprehensive overviews regarding costs, opportunities, risks, planning, strategies;
• Track PUR KPI’s and ensure these are met.
