Description:
Are you a communications and engagement professional looking for a new challenge in a great team in a beautiful location?
We have an exciting new role coordinating our Communication and Engagement section.
This role will use your first-class communication and people management skills and your sound knowledge of community engagement to promote Council’s services and programs and enhance the customer experience.
Reporting to the Senior Program Leader Communication and Engagement, you will coordinate a team of eight communication and engagement professionals who support a diverse range of business partners to inform, education, and engage the Tweed community and Council staff.
You’re excited by the chance to drive, plan and innovate in:
- communication planning and advice
- community engagement
- content strategy and creation
- marketing and promotion
- internal communication
- small event coordination
You will work alongside our media and social and digital solution sections to deliver great outcomes for the Destination, Communication and Customer Experience Unit.
