Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

You will be leading the development and execution of the internal communications and external marketing strategies. This includes overseeing the PFD brand, overseeing communication channels, drafting communications/content; and measuring communication effectiveness while embodying our PFD Values & Ways of Working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain a team-lead operational communications rhythm through associated channels/platforms
  • Manage daily BAU and operational communications (including scope, draft, proof and distribute) across normal operating hours
  • Execute, maintain and continually drive and improve the internal communications strategic communications plan in the short, medium and long-term
  • Work closely and act as the point of contact with operational and support teams on a daily basis to challenge and simplify communications for our busy branch and DC teams
  • Improve how we communicate to our team with the use of approved strategic narrative and incorporating EVP feedback and focus areas
  • Own the PFD branding and style guidelines, with the view of expanding brand presence in the market
  • Oversee external marketing promotions.
