Join us at our Helsinki hub as a Communication Specialist, where you’ll engage as a partner across business, HR, and marketing domains. We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Communication Specialist to enhance our team’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring some minimum 2-3 years of experience in devising and executing communication strategies, coupled with stellar writing and presentation prowess.

Your mission will include:

• Elevating Nordec Group’s communications strategy, both internal and external
• Crafting and disseminating project-centric news and updates
• Generating and refining content across diverse communication platforms
• Fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Fortifying our Employer brand in synergy with HR

We seek:

• Demonstrable expertise in a comparable role
• A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Finnish and English, with Swedish being an asset
• Exceptional writing and presentation acumen
• Adeptness in both external and internal communications
• Proficiency in social media engagement, particularly LinkedIn
• Familiarity with SharePoint (MyNordec), WordPress, MS 360 and Salesforce
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills

• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented creative thinker
