Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:-

  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communication to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferable.
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, internal communications, and/or training material development.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital content creation tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with attention to detail.

Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:-*

  • Digital Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality digital content for our Employee App, including written, visual, and multimedia materials tailored to internal communication and training needs.
  • Internal Employee Communication: Create, manage, and deliver engaging communications to keep employees informed, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals and updates.
  • Digital Training Material: Design and develop digital training materials that are interactive and effective, supporting the organization’s learning and development programs.
  • Program Development: Establish and implement a structured communication program that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives and enhances employee engagement.
  • Content Strategy: Plan and execute a content strategy that ensures consistency in messaging and branding across all digital communications and training materials.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve communication strategies and training materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication and training programs, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
