Description:
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a large State Government Department and they are seeking for an experienced communications and engagement officer in delivering important project messaging and communications both within the community and internally.
About the role:
- Development, implementation and review of stakeholder engagement strategies
- Coordinating assigned project activities
- Stakeholder engagement - both internal and external
- Applying engagement techniques to communicate project messaging to target audience
- Research and analysis of engagement techniques
- Promotion of events
- Developing written materials for briefs, release statement and general correspondence
About you:
- You will ideally have qualifications in Communications, Marketing or related subject
- You will ideally have experience working in a project management environment previously
- You will have experience working in communications, marketing and engagement
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills
- You will have strong time management and organisational skills
Benefits:
- ASAP start
- Temporary assignment until end of January 2025
- Full time hours Monday to Friday
- Brisbane CBD location
- $62.67 per hour + super
