This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating newsletters to promote events projects, company strategy and initiatives to a wide audience of employees
  • Reviewing, editing and creating various communications content including videos
  • Researching content and maintaining accurate content for engagement tracker
  • Developing both professional and technical skills and learning to become brand-savvy
  • Gaining exposure to senior leadership, organisation-wide collaboration and project management opportunities
  • Supporting with planning and organisation of business, social and partner events

What you’ll need:

  • Currently at 2nd year at university and eligible to work in the UK
  • Eligible for a 13-month placement as part of your course from July 2024
  • Experienced in video creation and editing and Competent in the use of social media channels
  • Aware of how to use various Adobe software and Microsoft Packages (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Excellent in communicating visually, verbally and in writing
  • Creatively minded, proactive and adaptable
  • A team player and natural problem solver
