We have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a Communications Coordinator (entry level position) within the Corporate Communications team at Bosch Australia’s state-of-the-art headquarters in Clayton, VIC.
You will be charged with the responsibility of coordinating our various external and internal social media platforms, actively seeking out and creating content for our social media platforms, communicating on topics from automated manufacturing, AI, road safety, sustainability, and diversity, to the rich history of our company. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Communications, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s online presence and brand image.
Job Description

Position responsibilities will include:

  • Overall coordination and daily management of our various social media platforms, proactively sourcing and creating engaging content from across the business.
  • Building and enhancing the Bosch Oceania brand and reputation both internally and externally.
  • Informing internal and external stakeholders about company profile, brand reputation, and capabilities.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders in the business to promote Bosch as an employer of choice
  • Contributing to the overall future direction of the Bosch brand, by assisting with the organisation of local and corporate events.

Qualifications
We are looking for a conscientious professional with the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.

To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism / Communications / Marketing / Media
  • Exceptional written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent working knowledge of various social media platforms, trends and algorithms is essential
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability
  • Ability to proactively source engaging content internally and externally
  • Marketing communications skills and experience
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously required
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

To be successful in this role, you will have a keen interest in people’s stories, enjoy networking across a range of departments and skill sets, and be articulate in your communication.
You will be quick to respond to social media feedback and enjoy working with the team on tight deadlines and also supporting the team on event management as needed.
