JOB DESCRIPTION:

Are you an experienced Communications Coordinator who has a passion for telling stories internally and externally and creating meaningful & engaging Employee experiences? In addition to the skills below, we’re looking for a passionate team player who is proactive, positive and proven in their ability to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. The Coordinator, Corporate Communications will report to the Manager, Corporate Communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal/external communications by drafting and creating visual content, articles, emails, social media posts and other collateral for distribution to various audiences through multiple channels
  • Logistics and administrative support for large internal events including town halls
  • Review and set up e-mails for distribution to broad audiences
  • Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues on events, translation and publishing
  • Write, edit, and create graphics to support engaging communications
  • Conduct research for briefing documents and communication plans
  • Track metrics and look for trends in data
  • Help coordinate publishing of internal messages (manage approvals, translation, scheduling, and tracking)
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Communication colleagues and partners across the organization.
  • Fuel Employee engagement by helping to deliver simple, creative and visual internal communications tied to HR priorities
  • Be an employee experience advocate - putting Employees at the centre of all internal communications
