Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications liaison between UT for Me and stakeholders from the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation to define and drive the program’s overall marketing and communications strategy, managing relationships and communications needs and developing and executing communications plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate with academic, financial aid and mental health experts to develop and publish content for Canvas announcements, emails, graphics, news articles, social media, text messages, video scripts and the program’s website. Ensure that communications work conforms to university and program brand guidelines, editorial style, organization and appropriateness.
• Collaborate with colleagues in University Marketing and Communications to produce digital and print assets, send HTML emails, maintain the program’s website, order promotional items, etc.
• Support approximately 2-3 signature events per academic year by hiring University-approved photographers and videographers and overseeing the creation of event-specific assets and promotional items, like PowerPoint presentations and wayfinding signage.
• Work with the Office of the Executive Vice President and Provost to reply to media inquiries
