KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a senior communications or marketing role
- Proven ability in developing, leading and implementing brand, marketing and communications strategies that support organisational priorities and goals
- Strong writing skills, able to produce excellent copy across social media, marketing content, internal communications, and media relations
- Track record in optimising technologies and social media to effectively connect with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement segmented multi-channel communications plans
- Comfort in working with a high level of autonomy while also in a small team that has broad responsibilities
- Ability to critically analyse and evaluate social media, web and digital campaign data and metrics, drawing insights to inform overall strategy
- You will be a news hound, endlessly seeking out opportunities for the ASC to be at the forefront of the news agenda with the support of the Head of Communications
