• Strategic thinker with excellent project management and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and deliver against challenging deadlines and multiple priorities.
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Great team player, with the ability to carry forward projects from beginning to end. Capable of building effective virtual working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies.
• Experience working with communications– ability to identify story angles.
• Experience influencing and working with senior leaders – advising on communications.
• Exceptional ability to prepare executive ready materials that “tell-the-story” succinctly and logically; ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context.
• Ability to define appropriate communications performance indicators, report on success measures and evaluate metrics to enhance/improve communications activities and strategies.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
