Responsibilities:
- Lead on creating products and formats for regularly sharing our impact reporting, and support with re-modelling our annual report and accounts.
- Contribute to corporate communications activities such as our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- Support the development and delivery of our editorial themes, keeping key messages and statistics up to date.
- Lead on messaging projects as required.
- Support the development of our external profile as required, for example by entering awards.
- Work alongside our Charitable Operations team on various projects to enhance the digital experience of our beneficiaries through both the online applications system and the Motability website.
- Work alongside colleagues around the business to identify ways in which we can continuously improve our beneficiary experience, specifically to achieve our aim of amplifying the voices of disabled people, seeking views and insight from disabled people in relation to our grant-making.
