Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies that support company objectives and align our culture to Panasonic’s Basic Business Philosophy and 7 Basic Business Principles. The position reports into the PEXNA Communications Group Manager:

  • Develop compelling messages, announcements, and narratives to effectively convey key initiatives, company news, and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, and Leadership, to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging.
  • Manage and maintain internal communication channels, including intranet, email newsletters, digital signage, and employee meetings.
  • Partner with Creative Team to produce high-quality written and visual content, including articles, presentations, videos, and graphics, to engage employees and enhance understanding of company initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on internal communication matters, providing strategic guidance and recommendations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance internal communication processes and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Keep a pulse on internal communications channels and feedback loops to help identify new opportunities to connect with employees.
  • Support in providing quarterly analytics and insight reports to internal customers to help shape communication and content strategies.
