QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience
  • 5 + marketing communications and campaign experience, including web and social media
  • 2+ years’ people management experience
  • Experience of working with key stakeholders at a senior level within a business
  • Proven ability to deliver against targets and objectives
  • Excellent people skills and experience of team leadership
  • Able to demonstrate experience of showing initiative and of a successful persuading stakeholders to proceed with new ideas or ways of working.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Communications Lead will will be responsible for the delivery of effective, high quality, relevant and timely communications. You will look after operational communications to all customers and work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing to deliver clear, concise, messaging to the stakeholders community including franchisees, B2B customers and internally across the Senior Leadership level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operational communications to all B2B customers and Franchisees
  • Website management and content for all operational matters for all active customers
  • Manage an effective suite of communications channels, from email to social in order to reach customers with time sensitive operational information
  • Working with the data team to ensure accurate, segmented, customer contact data appropriate to the channels
  • Defining the proactive communications plan, and resourcing to ensure the effective delivery of timely communications through appropriate channels with clear, concise messaging
  • Editorial responsibility, acting as the editor and controller of all outgoing company materials
  • Reporting and insights to ensure/prove that messaging is effectively delivered
  • Ensure that a full bank of approved and effective information and resources are available
  • Manage promotion of existing and new services to our existing customer base
  • Team management and development.
