Description:
- Key role in providing specialist support for division-wide channels and messages
- Hybrid Working Model- Currently 2-3 days Sydney Office and WFH
- T his role is a Parental Leave Cover Role for a 12 month period
In this role you will support the Group Head of Corporate Communication and Comms Lead, CEO & CFO, in implementing communication strategies and activities for Westpac Group, ensuring that these are designed to engage employees in the vision, strategy and values.
Your role within Corporate Communication is designed to provide specialist support for implementing communication activity including, but not limited to, regular channels, events and campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Support the management of division-wide channels and messages, ensuring they meet best practice communication standards and are continuously improved to meet the needs of Westpac Group.
- Distribute division wide email announcements, manage division-wide events, drive divisional Yammer activity and deliver divisional campaigns.
- Adhoc strategy and planning requests and projects, as required.
- Work with the Group Head of Corporate Communication and Comms Lead, CEO & CFO to provide communication counsel and support to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Support the management of key communication events and channels in line with Group and divisional communication strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, business partners and employees to build the reputation of the team.
- Shares best practice with the Corporate Communication team and help to develop processes and tools.
