Your tasks
As Communications & Marketing Specialist (m/f/diverse) within Industrial Engineering of the Continental Tire Division (IET) you work together closely with all tire production location worldwide, as well as various central functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies and concepts for IET in close alignment with the Manufacturing Tires Strategy
  • Driving the communication and Marketing for our strategic focus topics such as Digitalization, Automation, CBS, Work Environment of the Future and efficiency through Quality, in alignment with the overall Tire Strategy 2030.
  • Promote IET activities by developing & ensuring a common design to build stakeholder awareness and by regular sharing of related content to foster the understanding and importance of IET activities.
  • Manage, set up and maintain all communication channels for IET (e.g. Sharepoint Pages, ConNext, Intranet, Newsletters…) to reach stakeholders
  • Create suitable marketing materials for internal communication (Print & Digital) to call attention to important IET activities and enhance the acceptance of stakeholders
  • Support IET strategic events (e.g., PIEM Conference and focus areas) in terms of communicational, marketing related .aspects (Concept and Content)
  • Foster relationship with central and global communications network department to align the communications activities with the standards and to strengthen the worldwide network
  • Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that IET produces high-quality and error-free communication and marketing content
  • Manage orders with external agencies and print shops
  • Manage and further develop the Standard Style Guide for graphical user interfaces to achieve one common look & feel for the IET applications and consequently improve the stakeholder acceptance.

Your profile

  • Academic degree in business or marketing management, communication or similar
  • First years of working experience
  • Experience with various advertising campaigns
  • Good knowledge of web page content management and tools
  • Knowledge of recording and editing videos
  • Strong experience with social media marketing campaign
  • Ability to work effectively with MS office & Adobe package
  • Fluent Englisch language skills both written and spoken
  • German language skills preferrable
  • Very good communication skills
  • Willingness for international business trips 20-30 %
