JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is part of the wider Marketing and Communications (MarComms) that leads and delivers high-quality customer-centric marketing, communications and advertising strategies underpinned by robust data and insights. We inform, educate and motivate customers to engage with NSW’s ambitious climate change, sustainability, and net zero emissions agenda.

As our Communications Advisor, you’ll:

• Develop & Deliver: Coordinate and deliver communications activities targeting key audiences to promote net zero initiatives.
• Collaborate: Partner with program teams to develop marketing and communications requirements, providing customer-centric advice for successful program delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to foster collaboration and coordination.
• Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of outcomes within budget and quality standards.
• Content Creation: Translate complex information into customer-centric content across various platforms.
