About the role
As a Communications Specialist you will be playing a crucial role in supporting a Data Management Program Lead at KONE in various project communication efforts, ensuring that information is effectively communicated to internal stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for developing professional slides and presentations, facilitating information sessions for internal teams and stakeholders, and coordinating various other communication-related activities.
In this role, your home office will be in Keilaniemi, Espoo, with a flexible hybrid model of working.

Work tasks

  • Managing project communication efforts, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information
  • Developing professional slides and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Facilitating information sessions for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Creating newsletters and announcements
  • Preparing meeting minutes to document key discussions and decisions
  • Other program support and communications related tasks

We are looking for

  • Relevant educational background (eg. Communications or similar)
  • Previous experience from similar tasks (ideally 2+ years in internal communication related roles)
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • Ability to create clear, structured communications materials
  • Ability to work in a global complex organization (previous similar experience valued)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
