About the Role:
As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to welcome a passionate Employer Brand Communications Executive to our team! This role reports directly to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition & Engagement and plays a vital role in shaping and promoting our employer brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive People & Culture communications strategy, encompassing both internal and external audiences.
- Manage and curate engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram) to attract top talent and foster employee engagement.
- Craft compelling copywriting and visuals that highlight our company culture and employee value proposition.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to identify and showcase employee stories and initiatives.
- Develop and implement a content calendar for internal communications, promoting company values and employee recognition.
- Partner with the People & Culture team to plan and execute employer branding events.
- Manage budgets for paid social media campaigns and track key metrics to measure ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and social media marketing.
