As our Community Associate, you will support the local operations in our POHA House in Aachen and help build and nurture our community from the ground up. You will play an essential role in the daily life of our community and represent the POHA brand on-site. In this position, you can co-develop one of the most connected and sustainable ways of living through building management, community events, environmentally friendly initiatives, and local partnerships.

• Be the face and point of contact for your POHA House.
• Support the move-in and move-out process and all inquiries from our residents.
• Support the Facility Team with on-site operational tasks.
• Assist in planning and organizing our community events for your building.
• Collaborate on marketing efforts for local initiatives, our social channels, and external events.
• Support the re-letting and growth of our community and conduct viewings with interested parties.
