ABOUT THE ROLE: Community Engagement Coordinator Home CareSummary of the role: The primary responsibility of the Community Engagement Coordinator Home Care is to promote the Mercy Health brand and build and strengthen relationships with key referral networks. The Community Engagement Coordinator Home Care will report directly to the General Manager Client Services as well as working closely with the General Manager Home Care as well as the Regional Managers Home Care and the marketing team to ensure that business development opportunities align with current marketing campaigns.

  • Full time position- 76 hours/ fortnight
  • Varied locations including Richmond Head Office, Hughesdale Support Office and regional sites.
  • The primary responsibility of the Community Engagement Coordinator Home Care is to promote the Mercy Health brand and build and strengthen relationships with key referral networks. Work with Home Care to plan and implement strategic and targeted business development, assist with the achievement of Mercy Health’s intake rates to support delivery of financial targetsand to seek out new opportunities to work with referral networks to increase Mercy Health visibility.
