ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience of success in a sales and business development role - within a service industry (preferably Health and/or Human Services)
  • Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services
  • Hunger to identify and pursue new business opportunities whilst changing lives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with experience of cold calling
  • Valid Drivers License with your own vehicle
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (highly desirable)

At United for Care, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of people with disabilities, providing them with opportunities for independent living in a supportive and caring environment. Our tailored services offer 24-hour support in individual apartment accommodation, ensuring fuller, better lives for members of our community living with a range of complex disabilities.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Engagement Lead to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on developing new business opportunities to expand our services; as part of the community and client-facing team you will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing the lives of many.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Allied Health Professionals, Support Coordinators, Mental Health Units and other key stakeholders
  • Generate leads via cold and warm outbound calls
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our services, value proposition, and target market
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs
  • Identify new business opportunities such as new locations for expansion of our services; industry trends; and potential partnerships
  • Promote United for Care by attending relevant expos and industry events
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in sales and promotional activity
