ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrated experience of success in a sales and business development role - within a service industry (preferably Health and/or Human Services)
- Knowledge of the NDIS Scheme and Disability Services
- Hunger to identify and pursue new business opportunities whilst changing lives
- Excellent verbal and written communication with experience of cold calling
- Valid Drivers License with your own vehicle
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing (highly desirable)

Our tailored services offer 24-hour support in individual apartment accommodation, ensuring fuller, better lives for members of our community living with a range of complex disabilities.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Engagement Lead to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on developing new business opportunities to expand our services; as part of the community and client-facing team you will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing the lives of many.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Allied Health Professionals, Support Coordinators, Mental Health Units and other key stakeholders
- Generate leads via cold and warm outbound calls
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our services, value proposition, and target market
- Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities such as new locations for expansion of our services; industry trends; and potential partnerships
- Promote United for Care by attending relevant expos and industry events
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS and relevant funding models
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to assist in sales and promotional activity
