Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Report to the Manager, Community Programs and Events
- Research, coordination and evaluation of special programs and projects, with a strong focus on supporting AMA’s upcoming centennial.
- Implement project plans within deadlines and budget.
- Source venues, products, and suppliers for programs and initiatives.
- Use KPIs to evaluate the success of projects and programs.
- Foster stakeholder relationships that help us deliver on programs that support our brand promise to treat people like practically family.
- Reporting, data, and inventory management to support fiscal responsibility.
- Help lead project teams to ensure alignment.
- Work with Corporate Purpose leadership team to understand and deliver on the vision for AMA’s centennial.
- Coordinate working groups to deliver on various province-wide initiatives related to the centennial.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- You have post-secondary education in program delivery, event management, public relations or a related field.
- You have a minimum four years of experience in program planning and administration.
- Project management experience a definite asset.
