Dabble is an online sports and racing bookmaker (licensed by the NTRC), formed in 2020 and embracing the scaleup journey. Our aim is to disrupt the game with a truly immersive socialised betting experience designed to provide evolutionary entertainment to our punters via genuine interaction and engagement. Our brand ethos, “share the experience”, means we believe in community and celebration - both in the app and in the office!
We have office hubs in Darwin, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Albury - and expansion is in our sights. Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an epic 6-star surprise and delight experience program servicing all states and codes across Australia
  • Work closely with the CRM & Value teams to identify which customers to target with the experiences.
  • Bring the campaign idea to life from ideation, to fulfillment, creative, comms and reporting
  • Project manage sponsorship activations from an at-event perspective.
  • Project manage Dabble customer events and competitions
  • Merchandise management
  • Assist with logistics for marketing content shoot days
  • Measure and report upon the effectiveness of the program
